Nathalia Rogers, Ph.D., established CVP Training LLC with the goal of making companies and their employees more productive by creating performance focused organizational environments. Using training that addresses employees’ leadership, social and cultural skills, we aim to help your organization to achieve your highest productivity and development targets for your organizational culture. Dr. Rogers has extensive experience in creating instruments for assessing gaps in skills and designing instructional systems that address skill gaps. Dr. Rogers holds Ph.D. in Sociology from McGill University.
